Designing the coaching alliance - setting an intentional container for the coaching engagement and understanding mutual expectations
Bi-weekly, one-on-one calls with your coach - both conversational and experiential, we’ll explore tools that will meet you where you are that can aid in your growth process
Access to your coach between calls to support you in overcoming daily road-blocks in achieving your desired outcomes
Access to a coaching portal via Notion with all of your coaching engagement details, a homework tracker, and a journal to stay engaged daily in the redesign of your life
